Our Specialist Mortgage Advisers are very well trained. They maintain knowledge about the most appropriate mortgage and protection solutions for our clients but in addition have an in-depth understanding of the various Affordable Home Ownership programmes available through our Housing Association partners.

Our Advisers are well organised and able to cope with the pressures associated with a large volume of activity. They are personable, enthusiastic people with good senses of humour as well as the ability to knuckle down and get on with things. They are very compliant as our in-house Training and Competence is transparent yet robust, focussed but not an additional hurdle to conducting good quality fluid business.

Customer Services Team positions:

Customer Service Team advisers have as much of an important role in the business as our Sales staff. We pride ourselves on a proactive service to our clients and being a member of our support team means interacting with our clients on a regular basis to update them on the progress of their applications. Remember, buying your first home can be a stressful time so we need to manage their expectations and guide them through the buying process so that they can take that so important first step into property ownership. These support positions are based at our Head Office in Cheam, Surrey.
