The various HomeBuy programmes available to Key Workers are government led initiatives designed to assist eligible applicants, particularly those in the Health, Education and Law Enforcement sectors to buy a home. These initiatives are targeted at certain occupational classes where there are clear geographical recruitment and retention difficulties linked to the cost of housing.

We work closely alongside the twenty three Housing Associations nominated by the Government as Regional HomeBuy Agents as well as a large addition number of other Associations to ensure you get the correct information and ultimately the most appropriate mortgage for your circumstances.

We are recommended contacts for those Housing Associations offering interested Key Workers much needed guidance on their mortgage and financial arrangements.

As well as fulfilling basic eligibility criteria laid down by the HomeBuy Agent (this will vary from area to area) you do need to demonstrate the ability to obtain competitive Mortgage Finance from a programme supportive lender.
