Assurant Intermediary gains customer service accreditation

Assurant Intermediary has earned accreditation from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), the independent professional membership body for customer service.

The specialist general insurance provider received the customer service standard ServiceMark, which is a customer service accreditation that recognises a company’s commitment to customer service through a staff survey, customer survey and independent assessment.
