NatWest Intermediary Solutions has reduced the rates on some of its two-year fixed rate, 60% LTV, purchase mortgages and remortgages in both its Main Bank and Core ranges.
The Main Bank range deals offer £250 cashback and are available where at least one mortgage applicant has an active NatWest or RBS current account into which at least £1,000 has been paid each month for the last three months.
The rate changes to the Main Bank range are:
- Two-year fixed rate with £250 cashback, purchase and remortgage, is reducing from 2.79% to 2.49% (APR 4.0% purchase/3.9% remortgage, SVR 4.0%), 60% LTV, with the product fee increasing from £995 to £1,495.
- Two-year fixed rate with £250 cashback, purchase and remortgage, is reducing from 3.29% to 3.19% (APR 4.0%/3.9%, SVR 4.0%), 60% LTV, with no product fee
The rate changes to the Core range are:
- Two-year fixed rate, purchase and remortgage, is reducing from 2.79% to 2.49% (APR 4.0% purchase/4.0% remortgage, SVR 4.0%), 60% LTV, with the product fee increasing from £995 to £1,495.
- Two-year fixed rate purchase and remortgage, is reducing from 3.29% to 3.19% (APR 4/0%/3.9%, SVR 4.0%), 60% LTV, with no product fee
