Tenet Group has won a Quality in Credit Management (QiCM) award from the Institute of Credit Management.
It is the first to be made in the IFA sector and sees Tenet join a group of just 20 UK companies to achieve the accreditation, including Brother, BUPA, GlaxoSmithKline, npower and Shell.
The accreditation was awarded after the company was assessed in five credit-related categories: credit policy, compliance, customer service, developing staff and monitoring performance.
Richard Fletcher, commercial credit manager, said: “Winning the award provides official recognition of the professionalism we apply to all our credit management policies and procedures.
